Institutional Policies & Guidelines

1. Participant Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy

Caldera Institute is committed to providing a rigorous, ethical, and intellectually sound educational environment. In the event that a participant wishes to file a formal complaint or dispute regarding course content, academic structure, or administrative processes, the following procedure must be followed:

Submission: Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Academic Administrator via info@calderainstitute.com within thirty (30) days of the event in question.

Review: The Academic Committee, directed by the Founder, will review the submission thoroughly to ensure compliance with our core academic frameworks and well-established clinical/philosophical standards. Resolution: A written decision and formal resolution will be issued to the participant within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Reporting: In strict accordance with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) guidelines, all formal grievances and their resolutions will be securely logged and reported to the relevant board within sixty (60) days.

2. Refund, Cancellation, and Fee Policy

Due to the intellectual value, structured learning discipline, and immediate digital unlock of our sequential lecture blueprints, the following terms govern our financial transactions:

Scholar Membership: Subscriptions (monthly or annual) can be canceled at any time through the participant profile matrix. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, but past payments are non-refundable.

Flagship Curricula (Individual Purchases): A 14-day refund window is available from the date of purchase, provided that the participant has not unlocked or completed more than Lecture I of the sequence. Once a participant progresses into the deeper learning matrix, refunds are restricted to protect the intellectual property of the institute.

3. Confidentiality and Security of Participant Information

Caldera Institute enforces a rigorous privacy protocol to protect independent scholars and mental health professionals.
All participant data, including registration records, coursework progression, evaluations, and personal identity, is kept strictly confidential and secure.

Records are maintained in encrypted databases for a minimum duration of five (5) years for official auditing purposes and will never be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, unless required by professional credentialing boards.
